Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • A deposit of $1,000 per person is required to reserve your spot(s).

  • Deposits are fully refundable within 72 hours of booking. To cancel within this period and receive a full refund, please notify us via email at info@geoffheith.ca

  • The remaining balance must be paid in full within 60 days of the trip departure date.

  • If you cancel with 30 or more days' notice before the workshop start date, you will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable $1,000 deposit. This deposit is transferable; if you find a replacement for your spot, we will refund your deposit. Please inform us if you are unable to find a replacement, as we may have individuals on a waitlist.

  • Cancellations made less than 30 days before the workshop start date are non-refundable, but the deposit is transferable. If you find a replacement for your spot, you will receive a full refund. Again, please let us know if you are unable to find someone, as we may have a waitlist.

  • All cancellation requests must be sent via email to info@geoffheith.ca

Participant Liability and Assumption of Risk: By enrolling in this photography workshop, participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with photography activities and hereby release Geoff Heith / Geoff Heith Media Co. and Kim Kufaas / Kim Kufaas Photography from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during the workshop. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being during the workshop and should ensure they have adequate insurance coverage for their equipment and personal health. Geoff Heith / Geoff Heith Media Co. and Kim Kufaas / Kim Kufaas Photography are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the workshop. Participants agree to comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Geoff Heith / Geoff Heith Media Co. and Kim Kufaas / Kim Kufaas Photography during the tour. Participants are responsible for their own navigation and safety when traveling to photography locations. While general trail information may be shared, workshop leaders are not acting as guides. Participants acknowledge that accessing photography locations may involve uneven terrain, wildlife, and other inherent risks, which they accept at their own discretion."
